为什么optically thin dust 就可以假设是 thermal balance





The specific intensity for an optically thick isothermal gas is  therefore simply equal to the Planck function.
Photons coming from  deep regions of the atmosphere are extinct before they can reach the surface. However,  this does not mean that the energy is not being transported to the surface. The energy  of the photons created by nuclear fusion in the central regions is transported to the  surface from layer to layer by photons of generally decreasing frequencies (due to  Wien ’ s law) as the surface is approached.
当光学薄的时候,
1 辐射场对物质没有动力学效应。
2 从观测到的辐射场可以获得背景源的信息。
